Leadership through SERVICE - that's what Z CLUB is all about
Z Club, a program of Zonta International, provides opportunities for young women in high school to develop leadership skills, explore career alternatives, and improve international understanding through service projects.
Z Club is supported by the Zonta Club of Jefferson City. It is an organization made up of ladies in high school (freshman thru seniors). The first Z Club of Jefferson City, started in the mid 1990’s and was sponsored by Dr. Laurel Kramer, a Zonta member.
Z-Club offers an excellent opportunity for students to meet other students from the local schools. Students from JC, Helias, Blair Oaks, and Russellville have participated in the past, but it is certainly not limited to those schools. Students from all the Cole County High Schools are encouraged to participate. Z Club ask young ladies to come together for service, education and social activities, with four to five Zontains from the Zonta Club of Jefferson City serving as club sponsors.
